I brought my 8 yr old autistic son, Aaron, in for a "Sensory Friendly" haircut. I was very nervous b/c he does not like haircuts. Moses did a fantas...tic job and was so patient. Another employee named Will was very helpful as well. It was a little rough at times but they helped him thru it wonderfully. I will definitely be back. Thanks! Show more

Absolutely disappointed. My son is autistic and hates getting his haircut so I did a ton of research on the best place to take him. Specifically took ...off work on a Wednesday as they claim they do it on Wednesday and Saturdays, for this “sensory haircut” get there and ask about all the things they offer for the sensory haircut and the guy has no idea what I’m talking about charges us for the sensory haircut pricing. Then I call and ask for a manager get hung up on and then get told the sensory haircut was my son sitting on my husbands lap. We could have done that anywhere. Will not be going back and don’t fall for this “sensory haircut extras” you will not receive it as they claim they don’t do this but it’s listed as an option as you can see from the screenshot below from their Booksy. I made an appointment through Booksy as an employee suggested. I showed up 5 minutes early, waited an additional 20 and the barber never showed up. ...There was only one person on staff as far as I could tell who was cutting someone else’s hair he greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. I told him yes with jazzy and that’s the only communication I got. Oh, expect for the email telling me thanks for coming by and asking if I would like to book again. A 40 minute drive for this?
