I went in for some highlights, wash, blowout, and curl. I must say that James customer service was outstanding. Undecided about what color highlight...s would compliment my skin tone, he took the time to go over colors and explain the process. His knowledge on hair care is exceptional. Im really tender headed, but he was very gentle. My hair was flowing when he was done. Curls were to lovely. I went in looking crazy, came out looking like Beyonce. I'd definitely recommend him. I'll be back. What a wonderful experience! Show more
