Very pleasant girl! Professional! Loved the environment!! I will say though, there were knots braided into my braids, and I had to undo most of them a...nd rebraid them down. Also, it was my first time, and I wasn’t given any tips or anything on how to take care of them. I almost asked for a slight refund because it took me 3-3.5 hours to fix my own hair. Show more

I had an appointment with Kayla today and unfortunately, she didn't seem to remember that we had scheduled it. I had to call her twice to remind her, ...and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was a bit disappointing, to be honest. I appreciate good communication and professionalism, so this experience fell short in that regard. Hopefully, they can improve their scheduling system and provide better customer service in the future. Just wanted to share my honest feedback. Show more
