She listened ...to my concerns and gave me several options, we discussed several and I made an appointment to follow up. Jess is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to talk with. We had three haircuts, and she gave both of my boys her undivided attention. She talked with them about what they would like and how to style if they ...wanted. She took time with my hair to explain everything from start to finish about cut and care. For a busy mom her timing is phenomenal! In and out in an hour and a half.
