At the time of your initial appointment, you did inform me about your scalp's movement, and you mentioned that other stylists had also experienced difficulty working with it in the past. I took that into consideration and, in response to your expressed dissatisfaction with the parting situation, I offered a complimentary treatment and a discount toward your next service as a gesture of goodwill. While I understand you returned nearly a year later, I still extended my best effort to accommodate your concerns by waiving the travel fee and spending additional time to ensure your satisfaction with parting ā which included confirming each section with your approval using a mirror and photo references throughout the process. I strive to give each client an experience tailored to their specific needs, especially when unique challenges like a soft or moving scalp are involved.
