Excellent service provided by Jessica, highly recommend! I booked a Neurokinetic Therapy appointment for my daughter whose a gymnast & has been havin...g lower back pain. She was able to figure out where the problem was coming from within the first 5-10 min. Then did exercises to help strengthen the area. By the end of the session, she showed some improvement & we were able to learn how to do these exercises at home. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing and why. My daughter loved her, & I was jealous I didn’t have my own appointment! Atmosphere was very calm & relaxing also. Show more

Sound Journey and Lymphatic Release

All I can say is amazing. Jessica is a very professional teacher. I went to a sound bath class, but it was so much more and she taught us all about ly...mphatic drainage. My mind is so clear I can’t believe it’s me. And her husband works with her playing steel drums and singing bowls. So relaxing. The space was so comfortable you felt like you were in somebody’s home. I can’t wait to go back. I’m telling everybody I know about it. Highly recommend any class with Jessica. Show more
