Arissa has been doing my makeup since I was 18, and I’m now 27. I was so excited to get my makeup done for an important school photo shoot, especially... because it was also my birthday. This was a special moment for me, but unfortunately, she overslept. She did offer a solution by suggesting another artist, but I didn’t want to take the risk of trying someone new for such an important occasion. She is a talented makeup artist, but she dropped the ball when it mattered most. I wish her the best in her journey, but I won’t be returning
