I apologize for your inconvenience, please know that it wasn’t the barbers fault as he did not know about the appointment time. Barbers can’t see appointments on this app only the owner can and is usually passed down to the barbers by the owner. Due to unforeseen circumstances it wasn’t relayed. Just took my son to Quiet Professionals LLC Barber shop on fort Campbell blvd. Worst mistake EVER!!! Our son has ADHD and twirls his hair to calm down.... We have always gotten this cut or similar for the length. The barber kept cutting even though my husband told him to stop. That it was getting too short. I went in to see what was taking so long. It was over an hour after he started cutting. I of course started crying. Because my kid will be suffering for the next few weeks until his hair grows out. It is how he soothes himself. I asked what happened. He said he couldn’t get it to “lay” right. I said until this summer when he grew his hair out, he has had this same length on top for 8 years. He said well his dad said it was ok. To which my son said no he didn’t. I said I’m not paying for this. So the barber said “Get the fuck out then!” Repeatedly while I was walking with my kid to the door. Then called me a bitch! In front of my kid!!!!!! Disgusting! Then I went to leave a review on their page. Which conveniently was turned off while I was posting. I asked for the owners name and was not given it. If anyone can tag them here that would be great.
