I haven’t been to the salon in yrs. Extremely busy lifestyle so I decided get the ultimate care for my hair. I was extremely impressed with the custom...er service from answering questions, making sure I was pleased and comfortable all the way to confirming the instructions and address. Oh and last but not least the results of my hair were amazing!!! I got nothing but compliments from the staff to patients for days on. Even random strangers! I said,” “ I would be back and I’m booking my second appointment!” The results of your hair appointment are huge but the customer service makes tremendous impact as well! Alex was amazing!! He took his time with my thick curls and gave my hair lots of care from the very beginning until the end. I haven’t gotten my hair ...blow dried and flat ironed in a salon since 2015 and in 2023 I can say I will definitely be back in a few months for services with Alex again!!.
