I was never given the name of the lady that did my nails. It was my first time there and I will never go back. As soon as I say down the lady hardly ...spoke to me other than to say “what color”. When I told her that I wanted St Patrick’s Day nails she never acknowledge me, so I chose a color to which she very impolitely respond she didn’t have that color. The guy seated next us just as rudely responded the same and then they proceeded to speak in their language in a tone that was not kind. The rest of the appointment was in silence but I could feel she did not want to be doing my nails. I not only had an experience I did not enjoy but I left with nails I cannot stand. I used to do nails in a successful salon and know about professionalism and representation and neither were shown at this appointment. Show more

Booked online price was 115. Had nails done and toes done went to pay and all of a sudden it was 160. Showed them the booking then it was oh this is e...xtra and that is extra even though it was part of it in the listing. Then it was we changed our prices a month ago! Well for those prices I will go somewhere else where I can pick more than one color polish and the price on the booking is what I pay in the end unless. Given the option to upgrade something. I would have liked to know that the options showed to me were more and not what I had booked. This is why customers have declined. And they want you to come back for raffles. We will not be returning! Also I have bumps in my nails and will have to fix them not worth the 160 Show more

Kalispell Nails
When booking online there are options for Regular polish fullset or Gel polish fullset which have different pricings and when adding on cat eye or matted top coat which is not included are priced accordingly. As for the service that you booked only included regular polish and that would be the reason it was only 115. There was an option for a fullset and a super deluxe pedicure W/ Gel polish for 145. Adding cat eye is additional 10 dollars and for the matte coat is additional 5 dollars. also when shaping coffin it's an additional 5 dollars.
