I have no idea how they are still in business. From the second you walk in you are immediately hit with an unidentifiable smell that lasts throughout ...your entire experience. Then you’re confronted with extremely disgruntled employees seem who seem at best, annoyed by your existence. Paid $60 for the most pathetic pedicure I’ve had in years, and I’ve had my fair share of bad pedicures. When asked what color I wanted, the employee said it was unlikely that they had it even without checking. After my “pedicure”, my acrylic fill was an experience of its own. I have more bumps and scrapes on my nails than what I went in with. The nail polish she used was clearly on its last leg as the brush had seen much better days and she was quite literally scraping the bottom for any bit of color. Teaches me to “treat myself”.

I always receive good service here. My only complaint is pricing, I book a Basic Pedi and an acrylic fill each time and it is never the same price. I’...ve noticed here (and elsewhere) there is an additional $5 for this and another $5 for that, so my expected $80 day has just turned into a $105 day because I asked for square tapered nails?!? No gel on my toes and single color on my nails. I hate that it’s the same service, different price, every time. If I ever stop getting my nails done, this inconsistency will be why.
