I was BEYOND blown away by Lia's professionalism. We spoke briefly about my hairs history and what I would like to do. she gave me a realistic response and ensured to share what my end result would look like, and even gave me pointers on how to bring my hair 'back to life'. shes very sweet, and has a calming vibe when she speaks to you.
