As a business owner it’s always the owners responsibility to make things right even when they aren’t right. I initially booked a service and there wer...e some issues with my hair. I made an initial review saying how the customer service was good but the quality of the work wasnt. I immediately received a text from the owner asking how could he make it right. He immediately scheduled me again and fixed the problem right away. Not only did he fix the problem but he took his time to ensure that I was pleased with the final result.
