Good Morning 😃 I apologize the timing didn’t work out. You were texted at 9:07am asking if you would mind coming around 1130 because I had to run an errand and wasn't sure if I would be back in time. The next slot wasn't until 1130 BUT I would’ve been able to get you sooner than, basically squeeze you in for my tardiness. You let me know that you would go else where and I stated that was fair. Thank you for giving me my first negative 1 star review. I am satisfied that it wasn't regarding a haircut and just a little schedulingg me issue.
