Dear Meghan, Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. We would like to clarify that our policies regarding eyelash services are clearly outlined in our appointment system, where each client can review them at the time of booking. By the way, it's much easier when you don't read our policies. The name of the service clearly states when you schedule it that it is two or three weeks for a refill. So, we are honest with our policies at all. We understand that your last appointment was over a month ago. and upon your appointment time, you were informed that since it had been more than one month the typical time for your appointment is going to be more than 1.5 hours, because you need a new full set. so the service could not be completed within the usual refill timeframe and for a new full set we need to removed the last lashes you have to make a beautiful set and also for the healthy of your natural lashes. We never stated that you would not be attended to; we simply explained that the time required would be longer and you come with time restriction that is not our fault. Regarding your deposit, We were thinking that is ok to not hold your deposit because we value you as a customer and it was your first time with a situation like that, but due to of understanding towards to our company and your bad review. we are going to force our deposit policies of your appointment.
