Nice lady clean serene spot. Wasted 130. Paid for a lash lift and brow tint and shape. Eyebrows was a mess and lashes not lifted. She gave me no afte...r care instructions I had to contact her after my appointment when I got home to ask her about the white clumps left in my lashes. I would not book again sick to my stomach that I wasted that much money for nothing. I am sorry that hurt you. But if you felt like I didn’t have many lashes and I wouldn’t benefit from a lash lift. As a professional, you should have told me that It wouldn’t make a difference for me, and declined the service instead you proceeded anyway. I told you this was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect. I never mentioned to you liking my eyebrows. They were not shaped and the tint was all over the place and the brows were uneven.

I showed you in the mirror that I showed you in the mirror there was curls. You hardly had any lashes and I curled what I was able to curl. And your brows looked beautiful so I don’t know what you’re referring to. I showed you before you left and you liked your services so now you’re gonna leave a review saying you didn’t like it. I feel really hurt about that. you had lashes that I was able to curl they were curled and I showed you that so I don’t know why you said that they were not curled. They were beautifully curled and your brows looked great. I really don’t understand your review. You were satisfied when you left and when I tried to give you the instructions you wouldn’t you wouldn’t answer my text messages. I see I can’t please everyone. I’m sorry about your bad experience. I did my very best and I thought you looked beautiful and you agreed before you left. The color will stay on your brows for two or three weeks and we’ll fade because I didn’t have you under the coloring too long because you were short for time but I’m sorry that you didn’t like my service. I would offer to return your money, but it was already spent. I’m sorry that you didn’t like my service. I pray that you will find a service provider that you do like. I can give you a free retouch
