I think they are not in business. No one ever showed up. Its at Stacii beauty and they were closed. I waited over an hour.

I scheduled an appointment for a Sunday, June 11th, almost a month in advance. The appointment was confirmed. I contacted the braider the day before t...o see if she supplied the hair because it was not stated on booksy. She asked me where I had booked my appointment. I told her and sent her a screenshot showing that it had been confirmed and then she proceeded to tell me that Sundays were her VIP days, and there would be an additional $65 fee on top of the $255. This also was not stated on booksy or mentioned when the appointment was confirmed. I looked at the calendar and noticed that she had availability on Saturday, June 10th, and asked if she could do my hair on that day instead. I got no response to any of my questions or concerns. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation, no offer to reschedule, nothing. So here I am three days before my vacation to Costa Rica, and my hair is not done. This is no way to do business, and I am beyond disappointed. Thank God for my daughter, who is willing to take time out of her vacation to braid my hair while we're there. I only left one star because it wouldn't let me leave zero stars. Show more
