My son got his first retwist after 2 yrs of his free form dreads journey that I started. He said he likes his hair, it's nice, and it looks good. She ...is good at what she does for sure. Very homey, relaxed, and clean environment. Excellent service and hospitality shown with great conversation. She helped my son to relax during this first retwist process. He said she made him feel calm. We will definitely be going back for the next process to continue his dread journey and for his up keep. I will also be going to get my hair done as well. This place is great and Cynthia is even more great! She made my daughter feel super comfortable. She offers complimentary snacks drinks and bits of ca...ndy which helps with nervous kids. My daughter got braids for back to school week and she was quick but gentle with my daughter (my 7yr old didn't cry at all). My daughter said her head didn't hurt at all when we were done. I will be going to her for my daughters routine care. Definitely recommend her. As a single mom working as an active duty Airman, it can be hard to find solid support and Cynthia is definitely that.
