Ladies, listen up—book with Phyllis! Don't hesitate or second-guess your decision. Just because her Instagram isn’t flooded with glamorous pictures of... past work doesn’t mean she isn’t top-notch; she is the real deal. As someone who is very particular about hair, I must say that she exceeded my expectations with my knotless Senegalese twists. I’m 52 years young and walked out of her chair looking 32! Before my appointment, I called Phyllis to discuss my hair condition and scalp concerns. I hadn’t braided my hair in over 15 years, so I shared every detail of the look I envisioned. Phyllis listened attentively and gave me her honest evaluation, ensuring she could address all my needs while recommending what would work best. Unlike many others, she didn’t push for unnecessary services or try to upsell me on expensive hair I didn’t need. Her prices are incredibly reasonable compared to the outrageous rates I’ve seen in Charlotte, NC, where so many braiders misrepresent their work yet charge premium prices. I found a true gem in Greensboro! One last note—please stop calling her with endless questions without committing to a booking or paying for her affordable consultation. Don’t judge her based on a lack of flashy social media; she’s all about results, not show. Just trust her expertise—she’s punctual, dedicated, and passionate about her craft. I genuinely enjoyed my time with her, filled with great conversations and laughter. Thank you, Phyllis, for your professionalism and skill.
