My kids hated their haircuts and didn't even get the cut by who it was booked with. Was also told a different price there from what the app says. I'm ...not sure what the point in booking through "booksy" if you dont get who it says it's with. Why ask for photo reference and not even be close. I was also able to pay through the app before. I'm not sure why now it's just if we dont show. Show more
