I had a friday appointment at 12. She wasnt there. I calledher and she said my appointment was wed and I missed it. I went by this app and they need t...o fix it i'm assuming. So I called another shop did walk in they wont bypass any coins and I tip very well. I wouldnt suggest booking here. Show more

It appears on my end that your appointment was booked for Wednesday this has never happened before I waited on Wednesday 45 minutes and I called and texted I never got a response or anything to say it was for Friday I'm sorry you had this experience with this app but I've never been unprofessional or missed any of my clients my work is great and I've never had any complaints thanks so much for you reply hope you have a blessed stylist to achieve your goals for your hair needs. This was clearly an unfortunate misunderstanding...
