He asks for updates and assesses what your concerns are prior to beginning every session. Ive noticed a huge difference with my concerns and my chiropractor remains pleased with his results! I have been going to Matt for about six months at the time of this review. He is extremely professional and punctual. More importantly, Matt knows his... stuff! He conducts a consult at the beginning of the session to understand problem areas and walks you through where he will focus. Throughout the session, he will check in with you on pressure. He adjusts his approach if he finds a knot or sensitive area, as needed. He will help you stretch at the end of the session as well. Matt will also make recommendations on what to stretch and work on between sessions. I have seen a huge improvement in my problem areas (shoulders, upper back and lower back) since Matt has been working on me. I highly recommend adding Matt to your health routine! Show more
