The pedicure was great, but I will say you have to pay attention because even if you book the standard pedicure, they assume you want the upgraded one... and you have to repeatedly ask for the standard to avoid being upcharged. They also pressure you to pay via Venmo (instead of a credit card for the service, not even just the tip) and pressure you to get more services while you're there, diminishes the relaxing experience a bit. Always drove by here debating to go in! Always busy at that time so never end up going in! Well today I did! Very friendly and professional they did g...reat on my nails! I definitely recommend Dante! I will say what I didn't like was the price and the miscommunication. When I called I spoke to Kate, refill is $45 when I went to pay Kate said $60. $15 to paint the nail with gel polish!? I always and I mean always had the paint included in the price of the fill so be prepared for an ad on price! Show more

When I first started coming here, it was because my sister introduced me to the shop now I’ve been a customer for some time now, and I am very happy w...ith the quality of my nails. When I leave I am happy with the customer service from all of the Nail technicians I truly appreciate Kate and her hard work, and how much she prioritizes my customer experience. I do not live nearby the shop nor work by the shop but I still make the drive because I know I’m going to love my experience once I get there it’s clean it’s sanitary The music on the TV is a vibe and I’ve never left a review but the service is always nothing short of amazing and so honestly my review is overdue. I’ve been hearing great reviews about this salon for quite a while( through friends , coworkers) and I finally decided to come here to check it out. T...here are 3 things that I look for when I go to salons. Amazing customer services and how long my manicure can last, how clean the salon is. Serena Nails Spa definitely meets those criterial! Kate is super professional- sweet. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the salon with bright smiles on her face.This salon is super convenient for me since I work at Lahey Hospital and it’s really easy to get to! My manicure is last almost 4 weeks by Lily and my pedicure was done by Nancy. She is also very details. I’m highly recommended this salon if you are looking for a new salon comes with quality. Kate is awesome! Did an amazing job on my nails and we chatted as if we had been friends for years. Very friendly & personable.
DO NOT GO THERE! They will over charge you. I got a pedicure and a refill. Kate (said she’s the manager) did my nails and her tech did my feet. When i...t was time to check out she told me my total was $162. I ask how much was my nails and she said $90 and that my feet were $62. The website clearly states an acrylic refill is $45 which means she charged twice as much. To be fair, I got them painted french but that’s not an extra $45. She deducted $10 as if she was doing me a favor when in reality $90 plus $62 does not equal $162. To make matters worse, my hands were placed on uncomfortable containers while my nails were being done the entire time. Then had the nerve to want to take a pictures of my nails for promo. I don’t recommend going there. Show more

The service here is amazing. The team is very welcoming and kind. The environment is clean, they use non toxic products, you are provided with a bot...tle of water on arrival. Got a pedicure with CiCi and it was amazing! I stupidly had worn super skinny jeans and couldn’t get my pants legs up far enough or less I would have ...definitely done a spa pedicure. She took her time and was meticulous, the pedicure was relaxing and my nails came out great. I also got a dip manicure by Kate the owner. She was kind and very appreciative for my business. She took her time and my nails came out amazing! It was over a week ago and my nails are still in fresh condition. Location is amazing for a quick stop off on the way home from work to miss traffic a bit. Parking kinda stinks but isn’t horrible. I will definitely be back! Show more
