Thank you for the opportunity to service your daughter. I will not feed into any negativity; however, I do want to clarify a few things professionally. I sincerely apologize that she did not receive her desired color, but I followed the instructions provided on the box of the color you supplied. I could not proceed with bleaching or any additional processing because the box specifically stated not to bleach the hair before applying that color. I will not risk over-processing someone’s hair and causing damage. From the beginning, I believe I was more than fair. I worked with you on the travel fee—even though I drove over an hour on what is normally my off day. Due to your dissatisfaction, I also issued a partial refund. On top of that, I offered a completely free service and even offered to return free of charge to apply a professional color instead of the box dye that was provided. I truly feel I went above and beyond to meet the needs of both you and your daughter. My intention has always been to be professional, honest, respectful, and reliable. That is why it is disappointing to see attempts to tarnish my business, especially after we communicated directly and I made every effort to resolve the issue. Thank you again, and I hope you have a great day and a happy holiday season.
