First of all, I have a 5-star recommendation for the entire shop. I was actually greeted by a barber when I walked through the door! As this was my fi...rst time at Clipperhead, dealing with the public like that stands out in a good way. With good customer service at a minimum these days, it was great to walk in to Clipperhead and have an immediate acknowledgement of my presence. As for Loti, GREAT haircut! And one of the best (if not THE best) I've had since I've been living here in San Antonio. I've tried quite a few barbers or stylists in this town trying to find one who can actually cut hair well and who also conducts business in a professional way. After all these attempts, I can count on one hand those who do the job really well and are professional in what they do and in how they communicate. Loti's one of these barbers. Great cut, easy booking, and professional communication (even via text when that is needed. Loti actually responds...and quickly)--all are a huge plus. I'll definitely be back and have already made a recommendation to a friend of mine. Show more
