I had an unfortunate experience at this barber shop. I booked an appointment just 45 minutes before my scheduled time at 4:45 pm. However, upon arriva...l, I was informed that the barber had already left. None of the staff had his contact information, leaving me without a haircut. It's disappointing when appointments aren't honored, and clients aren't respected. A simple message to inform me of the situation would have been appreciated. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.
