Always so patient, understanding, caring, and my hair always amazes me! She’s great at what she does.. she offers a variety of services and is supperr...rrr affordable. She’s helped me navigate my 2nd loc journey and this time it’s been more liberating and I feel more connected with my hair. I started my locs with Len I go to her for retwist and everything under the sun. She learns her clients and if you have questions she’s open to answering them. She helped me find a hair oil good for my hair type and my dry scalp and never has made me feel bad for making mistakes or not taking care of my hair as I should; she educates before she judges! Unfortunately it got cancelled the day of the appointment, so the appointment didn’t occur. I called the day by prior to make sure the appointment was... still good since I made it so far in advance. But no one answered. I received a text the next morning, the day of the appointment, apologizing for missing my call the day prior to the appointment. I was advised that there had been no power in the shop and the power issue was still not resolved. Unfortunately due to my schedule, rescheduling for Tuesday when she hoped the power would be restored was not an option. I was in town from OK for a couple weeks for some training. I would have to travel 1 hour from that location to her shop and to be fair her hours do not extend so far as to support such a late appointment. I had been following her SM and I was looking forward to the experience. Everything happens for a reason. Perhaps it was not time for me to begin my loc journey just yet. 🤷‍♀️ Show more
