I really didn’t want to write a poor review because I really liked her until my last appointment and the lack of follow up on her part. At first I fee...l like her work was good. As time went on I started to notice separation of the rubber base and my nail which created dirt between my nail and the polish. The last appointment, it felt rushed. I noticed the very next day the rubber base started to chip. She also overcharged me by 15 dollars. She also would advertise 20 percent off and changed the discount to 10% after the service was completed. I contacted Abi three times, one time each week to give her a chance to address and I was ignored all three times. She also has a tendency to speak poorly of other clients. Poor work ethic and shows lack of appreciation for customers. Show more

Abi is a great nail technician and truly listens to her clients, giving us the best and most personable experience. This was my first time coming to h...er and I am absolutely in love with my nails. It’s been about one week now and I’ve had no issues and my cuticles look great still lol. I usually mess with my cuticles out of bad habit but I haven’t been able to because she cleaned them up so well. And her shop is cute she just needs some music playing and wine or liquor lol. And come ready to chat and get some things off your chest because she is great listener and is open to conversation. 🥰🥰 Show more
