Forgot to deduct the deposit from the amount due. She told me not to worry about because she would issue a $20 refund. When reminded about the refu...nd a week or so later, she stated that the services were actually $20 additional and did not refund it. Show more

The whole situation is a miscommunication money has been refunded although I deserved the extra $20 with her daughter slapping me and giving me a hard time . Even when parent was present to witness what she was doing ! In addition had me late for my next client !
