Very unprofessional! Will push your appointment time back without discussing with you. The times that she has on how long she will take add an extra 2...-3 hours. Was supposed to get my hair done today and she pushed my time back. Then stated she wouldn’t finish hair in the time slot she has on her booking site. I don’t do slow braiders if you have 4 hours that’s what I expect. I would give an extra 30 minutes to an hour. Not 2-3 extra hours. Refused to give back deposit after saying she would give it back. Then she completely ignored me all day instead of trying to figure out what to do to fix issue she started. Also, she double booked me with another client. I had to reach out to her because she changed my appointment without reaching out. I try to give these young girls a chance, but it’s not worth it!! Spend your money else where. I did not talk bad about her child I told her to get a baby sitter and she had a friend text me. Show more

Client was never double booked she booked a 8am and I immediately told her it was already booked so she proceeded to say she could come Sunday at 8am … everyone hair is different just because one style take 4 hours on one person doesn’t mean it’ll take 4 hours on you so please note that … she proceeded to tell me she need to be done at 1 the day of her appointment I don’t rush my work nor am I going to be demanded to do so because if it comes out messed up it’ll be on me as well , I told client I was not going to refund her because it’s not my fault she didn’t come to her appointment common sense is to not book the same day you have an important event & it’s in my policy as well I also gave client several options ( CHOSE ANOTHER DAY OR GET ANOTHER STYLES SAME DAY ) in the messages she posted I am not superwoman I can only do so much ... not to mention client texted me from another number talking bad to me and talked about my child so ofc I’m still not refunding anything sorry not sorry my policy is my policy I am young but will not get pushed over by people like her no more !!! It will not allow me to to add photos of this woman being disrespectful

Very unprofessional! Sijay left her house before I could arrive at the appointment. I called a few min before my scheduled appointment to let her know... I was about to pull up and she said girl I’m gone!? I drove a hour in traffic to be there on time. She wont refund my deposit (I asked nicely and she stopped responding) when she is the ONLY reason I couldn’t get my hair done. She offered to reschedule it for a week later but it’s MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND so that was not an option. Nobody ever played with me like that so BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! She mad that I didn’t confirm the day of which is not a policy on her booking site! The deposit is confirmation who pays a deposit then has to keep confirming that they’re coming you still have my money that’s all the confirmation that you need. She clearly mismanaged her time and had other things to do that day smh! Show more

STORY TOLD VERY POORLY ! Sent client the address & ask if she still wanted the appointment there was no response , once 5:00pm approached I left because there wasn’t a response , finally get in contact with the client & she tells me she’s at O'reillys because she followed the coordinates from the site instead of using the address that was sent to her . We agreed to reschedule for the upcoming week I even said she could come back the next day . If I’m at fault please know that I’ll probably refund the you guys deposit !

The whole situation is a miscommunication money has been refunded although I deserved the extra $20 with her daughter slapping me and giving me a hard time . Even when parent was present to witness what she was doing ! In addition had me late for my next client !
