I'll get right to the main point...Kathy does amazing work, she is really nice, and I love my Topper!! Now here's a breakdown of my appointment...Plea...se be sure to pack your patience with you because you might have to wait, but her work is worth it! There was a little confusion at first as to what I was getting, but we were able to sort it all out. I got there 8 minutes early, but there was someone ahead of me. I didn't mind waiting because everyone in there made you feel so welcomed and the ladies in there were absolutely funny and talented! And bonus, the gospel playlist was 🔥 I got in the chair 2 hours after my appointment time BUT what I really appreciated most was Kathy not rushing through my appointment and making sure I loved her work before I left. She has a very sweet assistant who does some work on your hair but Kathy oversees every step. Kathy even steps in, a major plus. The Topper was fitted to my head and customized to the style I wanted. I'm so happy the final product looked better than the picture of the style I asked for!!! They even made sure I knew how to place the Topper on and my comfort level with it. I told/showed my mom and she can't wait to schedule her appointment! I would definitely come back because I love the work, kindness, ambiance, customer service, and honestly this salon has a lot of talented women for makeup, nails, and hair!!! Thanks Kathy and Pou!! Scheduled a 1:30 appt and was asked to come in earlier than that, hair wasn't started until after 4pm. Rushed through my appt and my brand new wig was... left damaged and overplucked -left unsatisfied with my hair style. Had to leave the appt and rush straight to the airport without my luggage due to the 3 hour delay to avoid missing my flight. Also had to pay for Uber to and from the appt bc I was asked to come in earlier and had to forfeit my ride- payed full price for the service even though my hair needs to be fully redone due to massive bald spot on my front part and lack of customization. 6 hours at a salon and embarrassed with the outcome of my hair :/ stylist tried to rectify the hairstyle but had to add additional products which I tried to avoid as it fries the brand new hair when touching up later on. Appt was at 1:30pm didn’t finish my hair until 8:30pm! Very unprofessional, mg hair was suppose to be finish around 5 but she didn’t even touch my hai...r until 7pm!! Had somebody else braid my hair done and put the frontal on, only thing Katy did was cut and style my hair! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $400!!! I wouldn’t recommend at all very poor and unprofessional service not to mention that she was eating doing the appt. And had two heads in front of me that she was taking her time. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK Show more
