I arrived five mins early to my appointment and the barbershop was dark. I tried to call and it went straight to your personal voicemail, which had a ...full mailbox. So I had no way to contact you. I waited for an additional 15 minutes but it was clear you were never going to show up. And of course you made me put down my credit card in order to book the appointment. Really unprofessional. My apologies. I left my iPhone at the shop and locked it and it’s been locked for two weeks and I can’t log into my phone or my tablet to look at my schedule to look at contacts names numbers or anything so I apologize for missing your appointment but I’ve been trying to get this situation dialed in for the last two weeks and I haven’t made any progress. I have a new number which I’ll update on Google and I’ll never be late for another appointment. Again my apologies.

We are from out of state and needed two men’s haircuts for upcoming family pictures in the area. We googled barber shops near us and picked Summit Bar...ber Co. So glad we did! Judson was great! Not only did he provide two excellent haircuts but also provided a wonderful experience all the way around. He was very professional and just a super nice guy.
