      Microlinks are an extension method where the hair is attached with silicone microbeads or microtubes. Unlike wigs, microlinks allow for all of your hair to be exposed. Single weft and itips are the 2 different types of techniques used at Top Tier Ambitions. ITip extensions are individual hair pieces attached with a slip-free silicon bead strand by strand while single weft extensions allow a actual track of hair to be inserted using silicon beads row by row. Unfortunately, we do not provide the hair. 2-3 bundles of track hair is needed for the single weft technique depending on the fullest desired. 150 pieces of itips are needed for full head of itip extensions.       Our Russian Lip Filler Technique Is Completely Needless, We use a professional tool called hyaluron pen for a smoother process 🖊 this lip technique uses smaller volumes of a dermal filler, placed in more parts of the lips. I booked this appointment for my girlfriend and the initial appointment was at 2:30. I then received a text message asking to come at 3:30 or 4 instea...d which is okay because I understand things happen but then I was asked to change the time again to 2. At this point I wanted to cancel but my girlfriend saw her work and really wanted her hair done so I say okay. Then she changes the time again to 1. Again, my girlfriend really wanted her done so I say okay. At 12:12, as we’re literally on our way to the appointment she text saying she’s going to have to cancel…. No explanation as to why and no option to reschedule the app. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing . After changing the time THREE times and then cancelling not even an hour before the appointment we had to try to find someone else last minute and it’s sad because my girlfriend really liked her work. This one of the worse experiences first I was asked to come a hour later than appointment time I was already parked outside her suite. Once I went int...o the suite, her client was still in the chair getting serviced she told me it wouldn’t take long. It was over an hour and a half. Once I did start to get serviced, she stopped, got her and her son something to eat, didn’t offer water, didn’t offer anything which is fine cause I brought my own. As she continue she changed her son twice didn’t asked if it was OK or not. I told her that I did have a surprise for my birthday which was yesterday and I told her that the reason why I scheduled it early but yet I still left after 4 o’clock and I got there at 9am didn’t get serviced until after 12 noon. Once I was done I asked her to put in her cash app in my she told me the service would $300 once I receive my phone back because I gave it to her so she can put her name in the service that she put in was $315 it did not go through or process because you have to have a first face verification so once I asked her again, how much was she charging me? She told me $300 so I asked her what I’ll be receiving a discount due to the fact that she was late doing my hair she pushed me back almost 2 hours. I’m late to my surprise event due to her. She has stopped on my hair numerous times, and she said no, but she tried to pay herself 315 instead of 300 the worst experience of my life happy birthday to me St. Louis! Didn’t ask if me of I wanted my left over hair. Sad but my hair was acceptable. Show more

I apologize for the inconvenience and I’m flabbergasted/ saddened that you had such a terrible experience. I didn't get that impression due to the good vibes we were having and the idea that you loved your hair supposedly. You recieved a frontal wig install over locs + styling which would be 345$ due to density and length but I removed the styling fee due to change of time/ early issues. After the fact, you made a complaint of time and I removed the 15$ as well. I asked you were you okay with coming at a later time and you agreed. As far as my child, he will be put first in every situation, especially if he's at work with me. As a women with a child herself I'd hope you'd understand. I went the extra mile and added a extra bundle just so your hair would be gorgeous which took more time of course. I’m only human, I work really hard for my clients satisfaction, and yes I might have took a little longer than expected on your hair but I wanted to make sure your hair was beautiful for your birthday surprise. But again I apologize and hope your surprise party goes smoothly. 💕

I first originally reached out 9/29 via social media to the stylist. Letting her know I would be love to have her do my hair for my birthday on 10/14.... The website was sent to me. I asked the stylist questions about what I needed to select to ensure that I would have the right allotted time for my service and get everything I needed for my look. I booked my appt 10/1. I paid my deposit. Tuesday 10/10 at 4:56 am I received a text from the stylist stating Goodmorning this is top tier ambitions when can you drop off your wig for customization? Indicating I booked for 10/14 which I already knew because it was my birthday. My plan was to drop the wig off Tuesday due to the location being closed Monday 10/9. I told the stylist that I would drop the wig off 10/10. Her response was could I drop the wig off at a specific time. A specific time isn’t something required on the website. I was asked what time could I drop off the wig. Again my intentions were to drop the wig off during business hours for the stylist and that would also work with my work schedule. I had to leave my job because the stylist kept requesting the wig be dropped off by a specific time. I also was asked for a deposit that I already had paid. Wednesday 10/11 I received a text from the stylist stating my wig had glue left on it. No problem I sent $40 that was requested for the wig to be washed. Friday 10/13 I received a text from the stylist 9:53pm asking what style I wanted and could I come at 1:45pm. My response was no. My appointment was set for 11:45am Saturday 10-14. I already had other appointments set after my hair appointment. Saturday 10/14 at 10:27am the stylist texted me 1 hour before my appointment stating that she would have to cancel me because I wouldn’t move my scheduled appointment at 11:45 am because she had a wedding. I guess the person with wedding had higher favor because I had to be pushed back. The only thing she could offer was an apology that wasn’t sincere. I had to ask for my wig. I had to ask for my deposit back. She had just washed the wig because it was still damp. She wanted to keep the deposit stating she had washed the wig but she was already paid for the wash. Nothing was done to the wig on my schedule appointment that was required to be brought to the stylist 3-5 days for customization. Her policy on her website says 2-5 days. I was sent scrambling looking for a stylist to customize my wig and do my install on my birthday thanks to Ms. Bunn Eii at Top Tier Ambition. Show more

I sincerely apologize again for the cancellation. The wedding set me backwards as I stated before, understand that things to happen that I cannot control. I sent you some of your deposit back but not all due to me performing a cleaning service on your wig as you know your wig was in bad condition and had glue residue on it.
