I decided to change barbers and give this place a try, made a last minute appointment, got a text of confirmation and he wasn’t there. I needed the ha...ircut bad so I accepted another employee who’s work I’ve never seen before do it (reluctantly but something came up and I need a cut). This man could NOT understand a 1 to a 3-4 fade on the side into my beard, scissors trim on top to match the sides…(came in with long hair)…. Explained it 20x and he just didn’t get it. Hair cuts not terrible but NOT what I wanted and kept telling him.. it was like he couldnt understand and I had to get him to fix multiple parts just to even it out before I said enough smh. Sorry your experience wasnt great, unfortunately booksy self confirms as I try to see all the bookings but I apologize for not seeing the booking or I would have been there for you. Also the barbershop is both full English and Spanish speakers so maybe that was for the miscommunication. Thank you for giving us a try anyways.
