First time getting eyelash extensions so my eyelashes are extremely healthy. I was so excited to finally be doing something for myself. The day after ...I got my lashes, I softly brushed them to lay them straight, half of them fell out. Even as a first timer, I knew this wasn’t supposed to happen so I sent her a text asking about it and what can I do? She said I don’t have to brush them, it wasn’t her technique, I have to baby them and I have to use my fill in to fix them! Also she demanded a tip from me, very rude in my eyes. Unprofessional manners and drama while getting your lashes done as well. It is her technique that is wrong and I have heard others that her retention rate is not good at all! I just got my lashes done by another lady because of my bad experience with her and my lashes are so beautiful and not one has fallen out! As a small business owner, you should be fixing your mistakes and own up to it. Waste of money! Hope you like your tip since you kept my fill in! Show more
