B was my Son’s barber for over a year and my fiancé barber for about 6 months. Last month on May 17th, my guy had an appt scheduled and she needed to ...move us around because she hurt her foot. We want her to be well so we rescheduled for May 20th. We get there 10 minutes before the appointment and no one is there. We sent her a text around 0905 and no response. I messaged back around 0930 asking if we needed to reschedule, again. We waited until 10am, no one showed up and B never responded to my messages. Fast forward to today, June 17th, she has yet to respond to any of the messages of me asking to reschedule or refund the $21 we paid for a deposit. Up until last month I thought my family had found their forever barber. She was amazing and very good with my Son so I don’t know exactly why she ghosted us and took $21. Show more
