Service: Jay is very professional and talented. Attentive to her clients and asks questions about the look they are trying to acheive as well as how t...hey are caring for and maintaining their hair. She is talented with the clippers and the straight razor. Hairline was well done, no pushback, cut and fade was proper 4.78/5 Atmosphere: The shop is traditional Black barber's shop. Beautiful floors, marvel and dc universe characters adorn the walls, a little untidy and cluttered but Inattribute that to daily traffic of clients. Jay's area is neat and clean and she cares for her clippers after each service. The barber in the front had his children with him and was a little harsh with the discipline and communication towards his children. Overall 3.89/5 Staff: Most of the staff are friendly and pleasant. Jay is quiet but will engage her clients in small talk and get to know you. There is a nail tech and another barber upstairs. Nail tech is talented and communicative. Barber upstairs is friendly and greets people. Barber in the front is busy and dealing with his clients. 4.6/5 Show more
