I didn't know what to expect, but for 45 a haircut at Visible changes you get a shampoo and blowdry. The person that cut my hair didn't give me any s...hampoo. She cut my hair dry, and definitely no blow dry. The only reason im giving 3 stars cuz at least my hair is not unbearable. Show more

Your opinion is very important for me , I apologize if my prices are more expensive then other salons , the service you booked was a women’s haircut the price is $45 my haircut and style is $55 (this is the one I give you, a dry hair cut , I did flat iron your hair so we can see the result on your layers ) and my haircut shampoo and style is $65 ones again thank you for your time sharing your experience with me it helps me a lot if you give me the opportunity to make you happy I can give you a complementary shampoo and style your satisfaction is very important for me and again I apologize for the miss understanding on my prices ♥️

Since the moment I walked into the salon I felt welcomed by Janeth and the owner. Before coming here, the day prior, which was a Saturday, I had gone ...somewhere else to get my hair done. They had broken my hair off just performing a strand test. Mind you, I have been doing blonde for about 3 years now and never had that kind of issue. So after that bad experience I was left traumatized and disappointed. The next day, which was a Sunday, I wanted to get my hair done because I have an extremely busy schedule and I wasn’t sure if I would find a salon that was open and did good hair. So I got on the Booksy app and started to search salons that were open Sundays. There were only 5 salons and out of them all, Hair Xperts had the highest reviews and noticed Janeth did a lot of blondes. So I decided to book for that morning to do highlights with her. Once I sat in her chair I explained to her what had happened the day prior and she sympathized with me. As well as reassuring me that she would take good care of me and make sure my hair wouldn’t fall off. Throughout the process I was so nervous, hesitant and continuously asked questions, not because I didn’t feel like she didn’t know what she was doing, but more so of my terrible experience the day before. She was super patient with me and answered all of my questions without getting annoyed with me. In the end, I was blown away with my hair! And ever since then, I have received so… many compliments from strangers on my hair! I absolutely recommended Janeth and she is now my go to hairstylist!! Show more
