My consultation to start my loc journey went really well. She was professional and clear, and she listened to all my concerns and fears, reassuring me... that I wouldn’t end up looking masculine. She offered me several styling options to consider and guided me through the booking process, explaining what I should choose. She also gave me advice on adding hair if I wanted to. I had some questions about my son’s hair, which is already twisted, and she walked me through the options for booking for him too. I absolutely LOVED my hair when I first saw it! Nala is Auh-MAZING!! She's extremely professional, she works quickly, she's kind. I had her cellophan...e my hair red, pink in the back & on the sides, & leave a little silver at the top. I also asked for 2 strand twists with boho curls. My complaint is that the color wasnt correct. As you can see white all throughout my hair. The red didnt take at all. Its more of a weird pink color that i do now like. I really couldn't see it until i took the boho curls out 2 days later . I DM Nala to ask her to correct it. She read it, but didnt respond, so im just gonna find someone else to do it. Maybe it didnt take because I was never placed under a dryer, or maybe the other person rinsed it too much. I really do like her though, & she has great energy. I wont go back because i paid over $300 & the color is bad. Also, the 2 locs that were reattached have weird knots in the middle where they were reattached. Show more
