I don’t think I’ll be returning after this experience. She cut 4 of my fingers and they are still sore and bleeding 2 days after my appointment. I sho...wed a clear picture of what I wanted and she kept doing things differently. I normally would never do this, but I kept having to correct the designs she was doing to make it match the picture. It didn’t turn out how I wanted and then she charged me $15 more than the original price without mentioning anything in the beginning. I’ve had so many great experiences here before but this was just unacceptable. Show more

Kim did a great job on my acrylic fill: she is seriously amazing! I love coming here! Will never go anywhere else as long as i’m in SD. So clean, and ...everyone is nice and totally professional. All the nail techs are super talented. One downside is that they don’t tell you that they’re going to charge you extra for “special gel” and other stuff which is kind of a bummer. A couple of times i’ve come in and paid more than I expected to. I hope they start letting customers know how much they’ll be charged prior to service since it varies from the price listed Show more
