I booked an appointment as a new client and I was excited to try her out since her work looks good. The appointment was confirmed and I paid a deposit... so of course I thought we were good to go. Since the wash wasn’t included in the service I made sure to wash my hair before and take down my previous style to make the service more seamless. Once I got there the business was closed so I tried calling the number on this page but it’s out of service. I also tried messaging her via Facebook and Instagram but I got no reply. Because the appointment was confirmed there’s no way she didn’t know about it and the whole experience was extremely unprofessional. Now my hair looks a mess because I just washed it and I still haven’t heard back from her. I’m very disappointed in this experience. Show more
