We appreciate your willingness to pay the extra fee for the tree sap removal, but our team decided to go above and beyond by removing it without charging you. We understand that there may have been some miscommunication during your visit, and we apologize for any confusion or frustration it may have caused. I would like to thank you for the review as we value everyone's feedback to point our weaknesses! I definitely appreciate your patience today for your service. I will say that the turn around time had to do with not being able to contact you about the upcharge for pet hair so we couldn't start the interior of the vehicle until you returned back to the shop an hour after drop off. Nevertheless I was not satisfied with the interior cleaning of your vehicle so I made necessary corrections which also added time to your service. To rectify the quality of your service we would like to redo your mini detail at your convenience. Please just reach out to the owner Hopie at 614-263-2728!
