Hoppie is a kind and reasonable lady with great customer service, and is a hard worker. She put time and effort into ensuring my vehicle was clean. ...The same can be said about her daughter. There was an issue with the service I received (not related to her or her daughter’s work) and she called me shortly after I posted the review and offered for the interior to be redone. That is unheard of in business, and remarkable to say the least. That’s the sign of a great leader and I would recommend this place on her customer service and work ethic alone. Show more

I will say that the turn around time had to do with not being able to contact you about the upcharge for pet hair so we couldn't start the interior of the vehicle until you returned back to the shop an hour after drop off. Nevertheless I was not satisfied with the interior cleaning of your vehicle so I made necessary corrections which also added time to your service. Well been here before and that’s why I keeping coming back even though I have a 2023 Acura that I’ve had since April 8 this was the first time having... someone wash it and I noticed a smudge on the hood and inquired about it the young lady there sort of took a tone with me and said it’s in the clear coat I replied back that I make these cars and never saw that but I let it go I inquired about the bugs on the windshield, so while the guy was getting the bugs off the windshield she was on her phone quite loud saying she can take it somewhere else if we’re paying almost $100 to have our car wash aren’t we allowed to have ask question about something we see??? Granite she was not talking directly to me. She looked my way while she’s on the phone. She might not have understood she was talking so loud because she was using earbuds., but she looked my way, and I said I’m waiting for him to clean. The windows i was done with the conversation with her about it . I will take it to Sam Jackson‘s in Raymond Ohio who does all the work for Honda and find out if it is in the clear coat and if so will go to Acura of columbus for them to take care of it. Was really no need for her to get upset with me. We talked since his posting and we both had a misunderstanding of each other’s It’s all good they did do a good job. Show more

I would like to say thank you for your review we definitely appreciate all feed back. I agree that I should of not had the tone that I did it wasn’t professional at all so I apologize. I do want to say I was very offended and felt you were accusing us of a marking in your hood. I take pride in my work and I purchase quality products to do my job. If we used a chemical on your car that shouldn’t have the whole car would of been the same as the spot on your hood. I feel it was a bird dropping or bug splatter that didn’t get removed quick enough that it damaged your clear coat. Nevertheless we appreciate your business and hope that you remain a customer but I respect your decision if you choose not to come back.
