My sincere apologies, Ms. Wadie Burton, for your experience at Kyuka Hair Studio. I take great pride in my business and love what I do: making women feel beautiful and men feel handsome when they leave my shop. You complained that you didn’t like the braids, your scalp was showing too much, and it was too long for your liking. When you came to my shop on October 17th, 2024, to get box braids, I informed you, Ms. Burton, that due to the lack of hair at the top, your scalp would show, and you said that was fine; when I was done you told me that it was too long for your liking and I replied by saying that I could cut it shorter. Your reply said that’s okay, and I am good with the length. I asked you repeatedly if you liked the style and if I could do something else for you, and you replied that you were happy with the service you got and paid me. Then, on October 21, 2024, you write this review. I have policies and procedures for such complaints, but once you leave my shop and pay me, the transaction has been made. No refunds are given. If something is wrong with any service, I give it to a client, which must be handled on the day of the appointment. In other words, you never mentioned your dissatisfaction before leaving my shop; therefore, no refund will be given. I hope you have better luck, Ms. Burton, at another salon.
