      This massage is high on the list of Knot So Nice's favorite types of massages. Prenatal massage is absolutely safe for mother and baby. In fact, I highly recommend Prenatal Massage. This massage can be performed all throughout pregnancy (First, Second & Third Trimester). Early in the first trimester, prone-lying (face down) is okay. As pregnancy progresses, side-lying position is best for Prenatal Massage. I am ecstatic to perform labor inducing massage once you have reached 40 weeks. This is because your baby's brain folds are still developing. It is important that you communicate any high risk factors to Knot So Nice any time throughout your pregnancy

    • Postpartum massage

      Please have clearance from your doctor whether you are recovering from a cesarean operation or vaginal delivery. A postpartum massage is ideal for mom’s who are days into weeks after giving birth, this does not exclude miscarries. Receiving massage after giving birth has many benefits: release of oxytocin, reduces swelling, helps remove excess body fluids, helps speed up recovery, reduces scar tissue, reduces stress and/ or postpartum depression symptoms.

Although Sports Massage is offered for every duration of time, this does not guarantee a full body massage. Sports Massage is very targeted and must not be rushed to cover all areas of the body

This was my first mobile MT experience she was awesome ...answered all my questions her pressure was medium/deep. I don’t normally get deep pressure but I can tell I needed it. The BEST massage! . I have tried so many “deep tissue” massages this is the first one that actual means what it says. I have extreme knots, vertigo an...d arthritis due to being extremely active and life happens. Knot So Nice Massage Therapy was able to loosen my pinched nerves, lessen my vertigo spinning and helped me feel what it was like not to be in so much pain anymore. I absolutely will continue to work with Knot So Nice Massage Therapy it’s the best thing for my body and health. It made the massage experience so much better knowing that Knot So Nice Massage Therapy actually knew the muscles and parts of the body. Angelique is one of the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. The very first time I went to her was because I hurt my back really bad and I’ve b...een going to her ever since. My back was so hurt I could cry from how bad the pain was and I’m not exaggerating when I say this, but with just ONE session with her the pain was gone. She has the hands of an angel and she loves what she does which makes her 10x better. She is so warm and welcoming you will feel so comfortable laying on her table.
