Yelling at me made me feel completely unsafe. I had to hide in the barbershop next door. She would not leave the window. 1st, I detangled his tangled hair before washing it and at the shampoo bowl, he said his hair was so soft and smooth . At the deep conditioning stage, he left the shop to go out and smoke and came back in , we went to the shampoo bowl to wash the conditioner out and he was still happy with his hair. At the blowout stage now, I detangled his hair so it can be easier to blowout but he doesn't want me to finish the blowout because he was very tender headed. I was so gentle on his hair. He gots up and was claiming his change of $5.00 which he told me at first "take the whole money of $100.00." He was treating me that he was going to call the police on me and I told him call the police because I felt to be in danger as well. I gave him his change and he was doing all kind of madness around my shop. Unfortunately for me, this was my 1st experience ever to receive this type of client in my chair. Lol because, you look at the client and he seems normal but mentally, he is not. It was a very sad story and shocking experience for me this morning. Honestly, I do not know what have I done bad on his hair. Any tangled hair always sheds. "Natural hair sheds 50 to 150 hairs per day, which adds up to roughly 1,500 to 4,500 hairs a month, as part of the normal hair growth cycle where hairs are constantly growing, resting, and falling out. You need to read this information about natural hair. Thanks. I am on the Boost plan on Booksy and I paid $29.99 to Booksy out of your Paiement. Thx

We booked this appointment about four days ago. When we got there, the shop was closed. Somebody came up and said this happens all the time at the sho...p. we came from LA so we were very disappointed as my daughter thought she was going to get her hair done. Online the price is 89.50 for silk press. If you read the pictures of the text, she wanted to charge me 225 and she said this is San Diego. I’m from Detroit. I live in LA and I heard of Atlanta prices, but never San Diego. This lady was trying to scam me from the beginning. Please don’t book with her, she probably won’t show up. To reply to your response : reading is fundamental which they teach very well in this country, but I really don’t know about yours so yes, of course I did read it. Learned how to be a professional and work your application, please don’t blame your lack of education on the Customer. People that is viewing this review can see the reasons why I never wanted to come to you in the first place. My review is valid and accurate to the best of my knowledge. By the way, I’ve been in school for 30 years. This person does not want to again take responsibility for her actions. Now she’s blaming it on her race or pull the race card really original. Have a good one.

If u go back to my website , you should read that you have to send me a message after booking your appointment because of the traffic on my page & I do check my emails at night. Therefore, I did not received any message from you, how can I put u on my schedule of today? Also if u go back to my website , Silk Press is from $85+ and the + means from $85 & up. This is a business and any stylist is free to charge the price she wants because of the cost expensive of my hair products used. Here is California with its skyrocketing prices on everything. We are not in Detroit here. I am making a living out of my business and I have to pay my shop rent over $1500.00 monthly. It is a choice to charge low or high depending on the professionalism of the stylist. You have been so rude and very disrespectful in your messages and I did not take it personal. But I have an advice for you. Next time, when you click on any website, please take your time to read all the informations and make sure to understand them before booking an appointment. Thx you! You are a drama queen and right now I am grateful to heaven that I did not do your daughter’s hair this morning. Be a responsible Black Woman and respect any Black owned business.
