I’ve gotten haircuts from Rose 3 times already, and I can tell you with full confidence that she is the best barber here in Pullman. She is consistent...ly cutting my hair the best it can be. The results always look phenomenal and that I’m always satisfied with. Not only is she a professional for how long she’s been doing this, but then you have her vibe and energy that she shares with the customers that allows someone like me to feel in a comfortable environment and vibe along with her as well.
