I had an appointment scheduled, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of professional expectations. Upon arrival, I had to wait while the barbe...r finished playing video games, which felt disrespectful of my time. During the haircut, he was frequently distracted by his phone, which impacted the quality of the service. To make matters worse, I was nicked with the razor, which raised concerns about attention to detail and safety. There’s definitely potential here, but the barber has a lot to learn about professionalism, customer care, and creating a comfortable environment. Overall, I had to wait about 15-20 minutes between him playing video games and him being on his phone. Show more
