The shop was very unprofessional, the staff were talking about explicit issues and cursing like crazy. Very unprofessional to say the least!! I know i...t wasn’t the lash techs fault and she did ask the other young immature women to at least stop while her customers were being serviced. They all laughed and ignored her. The lashes were not as good as I expected, they fell off the same night and I informed her the next morning but never heard anything back from her. It was ok though because I’ve decided to go back to my original lash tech. Show more

Due to everything that happened the date of your appointment I no longer work there anymore. I apologize and sent you a text the night of your appointment and the next morning. I also got the sensitive glue like you ask . It was my first time using that glue and I honestly don’t do individual lashes. I do lash extensions. (It's a big difference) also I text you and said you can get a free set because your lashes fell off and said Sorry for your bad experience. Another thing Usually when I’m done with a set, my clients let their eyes dry you were so ready to leave because of your surroundings you didn’t let your lashes dry . You paid and ran out ❗️

I love using Terran’s eye lash serum! I’ve been using for about a month now and I like to apply it in between fills (see pics below), I feel like that...’s when the serum works the most, my real lashes are growing so fast it’s crazy. Every time I go in for my two week full, Teran and I realize how fast my real lashes have grown and I know it’s because the serum because my real lashes barely grew before using this. I’ve been going to Teran for quite some time now - I always get her classic set - this is by far the best eyelash extensions I’ve had to date! Teran t...akes great care of my real lashes which help with keeping the extensions on for longer periods of time. Teran shampoos my lashes every visit, provides me with great customer service, and always provides me with a lash brush!
