This was my second time visiting this salon my first experience was great, this time not so much she did a great job on my sew in except for all that ...glue around my head and she was rushing and she only had two people that day me and a older lady my appointment was booked for 10:15am she didn’t get there until 10:33am then she sat in the car for an extra 5 minutes mind you I drove 1hr and a half to her i didn’t want to say anything because I know how my mouth is and I’m a new mother and I have responsibilities but umm yeah I’m from Texas and only had one hair stylist doing my hair for three years and she took only 2 maybe 2 1/2 hours to do a sew in with a frontal and used no glue. not only was she late she started on the other lady first very un professional. like I said her work is good but it could use some improvement and I only got 2 scoops of hair for her to have taken that long to do a sew in with a frontal 4 hours is redundant

Appointment was set for 11:30 am, it got pushed back to 1:30. The wash was good (no deep conditioner) but almost everything afterwards was not it for ...me. My hair was barely being detangled before the blow dry, had to ask multiple times to get a real blowout (I've done better at home), barely any heat protection, ran a rat tail comb through my hair even tho my hair was not budging and was dry, didn't get a real trim(barely got the outside trimmed, inside wasn't trimmed at all and I had to do some trimming at home), didn't get the size I actually wanted in the back(yes I settled because I didn't feel like sitting there all day. Especially since my appointment already got pushed back. The back is BIGGER than the front). Then it felt like my head was being rushed through. This is the first time I let anyone other than myself do my hair and this further proved why I don't want anyone else in my head. Then the prices on here are wrong. Will not be back unless I want a wig on my head. Lastly, I was supposed to have a discount but only got $10 off which is crazy considering I had to wait 2 hours to be serviced and the service wasn't even that good. Edit:booked a wash, trim and STYLE. I wanted two strand twist, not a "twist out". You were working on two other people. During majority of my appointment from 11:30am till 3-4 pm. Then left BEFORE my service was done. The back is larger than the front like I said and ofc it took 3 hrs...I couldn't even get a good blowout. I said the large parts in the back looked good because I thought I was getting that size around my WHOLE head, not just the back. My head was rushed and like I texted you, you are very unprofessional.

I apologize you didn’t have a good experience. From what I saw your hair look good. The stylist even asked you was that the size u wanted and u told her yes. Please post a pic of your hair so the world can see how beautiful your hair look. Then the stylist gave you got a discount. The reason she gave you a discount was bc you book your apt today for Laqundra to do your hair but Laqundra was book today. The stylist did not rush on your hair it took her 3 hours to do your hair. You book for a wash and style you didn’t book a wash and two string twist out. Have a bless night.
