Hey! I’m sorry you feel this way. I includ wash with all of my services but you mentioned you washed your hair prior to coming and we discussed prior to styling how you would like your hair braided under the selected service you confirmed 2 braid keep in mind you also booked same day service which is additional $25 and with Booksy you also have the ability to accept or decline and select another day. The total plus tax amount adds up to $109.
