I was a bit disappointed with the service. Before booking, I had contacted Bri and sent photos of my hair as well as explained my current loc journey ...to her and what I wanted for my hair, a Retwist with barrel twists for styling. She did a good job with the parting as well as the retwist, but she gave me two strand twists which I didn’t ask for, and after reminding her about the barrel twists I had requested for prior, she quickly did them but they hurt a lot. The twists were so tight and were pulling so much on my scalp, I ended up having to take them out the moment I got home because the tension was just too much. Bri is a skilled loctician and it shows, but I wish she was a bit more diligent. Show more

I do apologize for the experience. When you arrived I asked about the style and mentioned two strand twist and you said yes. I had a couple of clients that came in with the same style so I was a bit confused but during the process of me doing your hair you still never mentioned the barrels until after you were done with the dryer. I had no problem taking them down before leaving or even after but you asked if I could do them with the two strand twist. Again I apologize for the confusion.
