I do apologize for the mishap I try not to use rubberbands on the ends of hair due to it cause breakage. I do believe one call could have resolved the issue I don't have a problem fixing issues things happen. I don’t totally agree on the one star because just like you said style was completely done but again my apologies.

My experience with Bri was very professional and exciting. I couldn't wait to see how my grandson’s hair was going to turn out and she did not disapp...oint. The atmosphere was good, she knew exactly what she was doing and she was fast. I appreciated that Bri re-did my grandson’s Locs (with other services included) on her usual day off (Sunday); although it was $25 extra it was worth it and I would do it again. Bri was easy to talk to she had a very pleasant and polite attitude. I will definitely be using her affordable services again in the future not only for my grandson’s Locs but for me as well (braids). We were both very happy with the outcome! 😊👍🏽😊👍🏽 Show more
