Absolutely terrible, do not recommend at all. I scheduled my appointment at 4 pm and waited until 8 pm. There was only 3 people there the time I was t...here. The barber kept on ignoring me and telling to “wait a bit more, you’re next”. After waiting for hours, I finally got to get a haircut. After the haircut, he had the audacity to ask me for a tip. I’m sorry you had this experience,it’s not the service I strive to provide. That said, I always let customers know if I’m running behind and offer the option to wait, reschedule, or cancel. The claim about repeatedly saying you were next isn’t accurate, and the comment about the tip is also false, tips are always optional, never pressured. Additionally, your appointment was at 5:30, and the wait was about an hour, not four hours.
